This has a very aggressive method of counting distributional points, for example Qxx-AJxx-xx-Kxxx counts as a 14 bagger. A 1C opening promise 13-17 points, 1D 18 to 22 and 1H as 23 to 27. The next step asks opener to reveal the length of his longest suit and so on. Why anyone would play this system remains quite a mystery.
