Delivery Policy
- Items are sent on the same day, unless otherwise advised. We use Australia Post for smaller items and IPEC for boxes and larger items.
- Non-discounted books and software are postfree. On other orders we charge delivery at cost.
- We pay the first $10 on orders over $175, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
- The item is in resaleable condition including that: It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
- The purchaser will carry the postage cost of returning the item to us
