The author won the IBPA award for presenting his invention of RKBC in the early 1980's. Kantar provides both innovation and detail, though perhaps a little too much of both. Certainly, a book for any partnership planning to use this convention. The later editions have added more and more complexity to this gadget, and so moved further away from the mainstream.
