This was based on the ITV series "Join Us for Bridge". There are quizzes throughout the text as well as a general one of review at the end of each chapter. Acol bidding is outlined in the first 118 pages. This is followed by 55 pages on play, a chapter on counting, the answers to the quizzes and a glossary. It was thought to be good for at the time of publication, if a little too ambitious in the section on play.
