Julian Pottage book is surprisingly very good. Surprisingly, because at a cursory glance a hand at the beginning is so simple it shouldn’t be in a bridge book (a person buying a bridge book should already know this). But then it gets much better, indeed it’s the first bridge book Shirley has read cover to cover.
